Base compensation is personal and set by each individual surrogate, however, as an agency we provide guidance on industry norms based on each surrogate’s profile and match preferences.
Typical first time surrogate compensation ranges from $45,000 – $65,000, depending on several factors.
Experienced surrogates are able to ask for higher base compensation, typically ranging from $60,000-$85,000. In certain circumstances in which very specific criteria are met, experienced surrogates may be able to request $100K or higher.
At Surrogacy Is, every surrogate receives an additional $19k in guaranteed benefits, in addition to base compensation.
Once a candidate has gone through a thorough pre-screening process to make sure that surrogacy is SAFE for her, she’s ready to match with intended parents!
