Role Overview:
As a Journey Coordinator, you will be the lighthouse for up to 25 surrogacy journeys simultaneously, assuring that both surrogates and intended parents sail smoothly through the process. You will wear multiple hats – from a meticulous organizer managing legalities to a compassionate guide addressing anxieties. With you at the helm, every surrogacy journey will be a story worth telling.
Responsibilities:
- Exemplify excellence in case management, attentively and meticulously handling your portfolio of cases.
- Develop strong relationships with surrogates and intended parents, prioritizing their needs throughout the process.
- Masterfully coordinate all aspects of the surrogacy process, including legal, medical, and logistical requirements.
- Foster a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with our team of professionals to support all parties involved.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate client interactions.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all parties involved in the surrogacy process with precision and care.
- Expertly manage and oversee the financial aspects of each case, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Act as a mentor and leader, providing support, guidance, and inspiration to our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred and/or minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, with a strong preference for surrogacy and assisted reproduction expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of cases with precision and care.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to think around the curve.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a team of professionals.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal, medical, and logistical requirements for surrogacy.
- Ability to skillfully balance multiple competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Workspace, and other relevant software programs.
